….were constantly asking questions about one dilemma or the other. Once they became believers they had a desire to do the right thing often seeking the help of each other and then the help of Paul. When we lean on our own understanding and try to figure out what would be pleasing to God in stead of what we think is exceptable.
How many times have you heard…..oh God won’t mind if…..or oh God understands…..
Does God mind if we sin?
Does God really understand when we lean on our own understanding?
What is our motive behind a comment such as God won’t mind or God understands.

You’ve been laid off from your job. As you pull into the drive thru of your local bank for a quick transaction and fill out the deposit slip and deposit your last payroll check. You deposit most of the money except $50.00 for diapers, milk and medication. You retrieve your money from the tube, you put your deposit slip and the envelope with your cash into your pocket and drive away.
When you get to the store you shop for what you need and while at the check out you notice you have three crisp $20.00 dollar bills, realizing you were given to much money from the bank…

While listening to the sermon, you glance over a few rolls and notice a long time friend you haven’t seen since high school. He’s with his wife and children, after talking to them for a while your friend mentioned they are traveling cross country and decided to stop for church on Sabbath. They didn’t make plans for lunch after the service and were just going to get back on the road and continue traveling. You offer to have all six of them over for dinner but you don’t have anything ready.

Your a Christian and you live by the 10 Commandments. At least you think you live by the 10 Commandments. Have you ever been faced with a moral dilemma. Do you really trust God? If faced with choices that ask you to choose between God and the world, WHAT WOULD YOU DO?
Tell the truth, WHAT WOULD YOU DO? in any of these moral dilemmas presented. Prefer you didn’t leave your name. I insist you DON’T leave your name. If you have a moral dilemma to add, please do so. If we don’t ask ourselves these questions now when we’re rational, how will we react when the pressure is on. Will we make the right choice when our salvation is on the line. What will your instincts tell you to do.
